Hotel chain partners:

Green Key has partnered with major international hospitality chains in the UK, including Marriott, Accor, InterContinental Hotels Group and Landal GreenParks. Internationally, there are also cooperation agreements with hospitality groups including Radisson Hotel Group, BWH Hotel Group and Historic Hotels Europe.

These hotel chains recognise the value of Green Key to support their establishments to reach their sustainability goals.  

Booking partners:

Green Key also cooperates with many renowned online travel agencies and web partners that offer or highlight sustainable options. Customers will be able to find information about Green Key on the booking website and can select a Green Key certified accommodation if they are looking for environmentally friendly establishments. Green Key, therefore, regularly provides its web partners with an extract of the international Green Key database of certified establishments.

Establishments holding a valid Green Key certificate can also be recognised as ‘eco-certified’ on Google Travel, as Green Key is one of only a limited number of eco-labels recognised by Google Travel as meeting high standards such as conducting on-site audits.

Clean the World are a social enterprise who offer an innovative and unique solution, re-purposing hotels used and discarded bathroom amenities that would otherwise be viewed as waste and sent to incineration or landfill. Since 2009, Clean the World, has partnered with over 8,100 hotels globally to distribute over 75 million bars of soap in 127 countries. As the organisations operations have expanded, Clean the World has evolved to also recycle plastic bottled amenity waste from hotels.
